Born and bred on the Northern Beaches and a resident for over 50 years, his intimate local knowledge and attachment to the Peninsula lifestyle form a critical part in his success.

Having completed his University studies in the mid 1980’s he embarked upon a successful 16 year corporate career with General Motors managing franchise operations and sales.

However with a family background in real estate and property development dating back to the 1960’s, he was always destined for a life in real estate.

Combined with his comprehensive market knowledge, Nik has the distinction of setting numerous suburb, street and apartment complex records.

Community Involvement

Nik has always pursued local community interests thru involvement with his wife and 2 children. The major sponsor of Mona Vale Raiders for over a decade, he has also been involved at various times as a co-ordinator and current sponsor of Pittwater RSL Football Club.

He also provides financial support to the Surf rider Foundation, Mona Vale Bowling Club and the Pittwater Pirates Swimming Club. On an even more grass roots level Nik also works as an active volunteer for Northern Beaches Community Aid assisting the elderly.
